ACL Productions does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable information may be gathered when an online travel profile is completed, from a contest or sweepstakes registration, from a request for information via the organization’s toll-free phone number, visitor center, business reply card or other related activity.
Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection. Further, ACL Productions reserves the right to contact a subscriber regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement and other matters relevant to the underlying service and/or the information collected.
Also, users should be aware that ACL Productions may sometimes permit third parties to offer promotions, packages and/or services through ACL Productions e-newsletter, direct mail and website. ACL Productions is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties, including the collection, use or security of information by companies or organizations linked to ACL Productions website, and users should check the applicable policy of such a party when providing personally identifiable information.
Upon request, ACL Productions will allow any user to “opt out” of further promotional contacts at any time by viewing their profile—which is accessible from each individual message sent to the consumer. Also, upon a user’s request, ACL Productions will use all reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her personally identifiable information from its entire database. |
